Medication and Prescription Diet Requets
Use the form below to request any medications or prescription diets your pet needs! Please allow 48 hours for medications to be filled. We will call the number you leave below when your request is ready.
In the 'Medication/Food Request' section, please include the following for medications:- Name and strength of medication (for example, Carprofen 75mg)
- Quantity of pills requested
- Dosage instructions (note: if you give the medication differently than the directions on the bottle state, please also include how you give the medication)
