COVID-19 Policies

Update December 8th, 2021:

Earlier today, the State announced that over the past several days there has been a drastic increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in NJ. In an effort to keep our clients and staff safe, and continue to care for the patients we love, we have made the difficult decision to return to curbside appointments only, effective December 9th, 2021. We will miss seeing everyone in person and ask for your patience as curbside appointments often take longer to complete than in person visits.

When you arrive for an appointment, or to pick up medications or food, please call the office and our staff will be out to assist you.

Our staff will continue to monitor temperatures, wear masks, socially distance where possible, and practice the highest standards of cleanliness. We are hopeful that the increase of cases in NJ will resolve soon, and that we can return to in person appointments in the New Year. The health and wellbeing of our patients, clients and staff is our biggest wish during this holiday season.

Monday through Friday 
7am - 7pm
Saturday through Sunday
7am - 4pm

Curbside Service

Please call us from your car when you arrive at our facility.
Appointments: a team member will come to your car to speak with you about your pet's medical issue and will bring your pet inside for an examination and any treatments needed. The veterinarian will call you to discuss the examination of your pet and recommendations for treatment. To reduce exposure, we ask that payment be made over the phone via credit/debit card/CareCredit card if possible.
Cash and checks are also accepted.
Medication/Prescription Food Pick-up or Sample Drop-off: a receptionist will take payment over the phone. To reduce exposure, we ask that payment be made via credit/debit/CareCredit card if possible. Cash and checks are also accepted. The receptionist will then bring the items out to you or come to collect the sample from you. If you are picking up medication or food, please roll down a passenger-side or rear-seat window (where there are no occupants) or open your trunk for so we can put the items directly in your car.
