Saturday through Sunday
7am - 4pm
Starting 5/17, we will be back to our normal schedule of 7am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday!
Please call us from your car when you arrive at our facility.
Appointments: a team member will come to your car to speak with you about your pet's medical issue and will bring your pet inside for an examination and any treatments needed. The veterinarian will call you to discuss the examination of your pet and recommendations for treatment. To reduce exposure, we ask that payment be made over the phone via credit/debit card/CareCredit card if possible.
Cash and checks are also accepted.
Medication/Prescription Food Pick-up or Sample Drop-off: a receptionist will take payment over the phone. To reduce exposure, we ask that payment be made via credit/debit/CareCredit card if possible. Cash and checks are also accepted. The receptionist will then bring the items out to you or come to collect the sample from you. If you are picking up medication or food, please roll down a passenger-side or rear-seat window (where there are no occupants) or open your trunk for so we can put the items directly in your car.
Certain appointments can now be seen via telemedicine! This exciting technology is helping us to help your pets while adhering to strict social distancing measures. When calling for an appointment, ask the receptionist if a telemedicine appointment is right for your pet.
The Grooming Shoppe is now open!
Janice and Diane are now available for grooming! We ask for your patience and understanding as they work to get every pet on the schedule.
